What does my child need to bring?

A lunch, water bottle, and clothes they can get messy in.

 

Do you offer care before and/or after camp?

Yes! You are welcome to add Pre / Post Care to your registration. Our summer hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm and our school year hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm. If you are more than 5 minutes late for pickup, we charge $1/minute. Starting at 5:05pm.
PRICING AND REGISTRATION

 

What is your cancelation policy? Can we swap camps?

Cancelations more than two weeks prior to the day camp begins are eligible to receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit fee (included in your camp registration fee).

Swapping a camp: If you reach out at least 14 days prior to your camp’s start date and would like to transfer your camp registration from one camp to another (that still has availability) you can do so but will owe a $35 deposit/transfer fee which will be due to first day of camp. Cancelations after two weeks prior to camp start date are non-refundable.

We no longer hold credits for cancelations. We wish we could allow everyone to cancel when Grandma comes to town, someone is sick or plans change, but we are unable to fill those seats at that point. Thanks for understanding!

 

What are your camp rules?

Gilchrist Art Camp focuses on creativity, positivity, and having as much fun as possible. All of our campers know we only have 2 rules - one sends you home, and the other is the most important of all!

  1. NOTHING NEGATIVE. What she painted, what he wore, what's in their lunch, how she drew a bird, etc. If we hear anything negative, the camper is asked to leave camp. Campers love this rule! It creates a positive, safe, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

  2. HAVE FUN! We work hard to make camp the best, most positive, and most fun week(s) of your child's summer!

 

Do you have a lost & found?

Items will be kept for 14 days and then it is assumed you are ok for the left items to be donated. Please contact us if you are unable to pick them up within 2 weeks and we can make arrangements to hold them for an additional week.

 

Do you offer a discount if we register for multiple camps?

Yes! 8 or more camps (per camper) receive a 10% discount on total summer costs. Please reach out for a unique discount code when you know you will be registering for 8 or more camps.
